How to create a new listing?

On the Dashboard, click the + Create new listing button.
On the Create New Listing -Select Listing Level page, select the listing level and click the Submit button.
On the Create New Listing page, fill in the content in the form and click the Submit new Listing button.
For Basic free listing level, your listing will directly set to active; For Featured and Enhanced Listings, it will go to Invoice Info panel that required a payment to active your listing.

How to renew listings

Click the pay link from Expiration notification email, or login click the renew icon from the listing
On the Renew listing screen, click the Renew listing button
For Basic listing, it will be direct changed the status to active
For Plus & Pro listings, it will go to Invoice Info screen. you can choose payment gateway (PayPal or Stripe) to pay your credit card. After paid success, your listing’s status will be changed to active

If my invoice status is pending, how can I reset?

On the Invoices panel, click the invoice title on the invoice listing, then click the Reset gateway button on the top of the panel, the invoice’s status will be changed to unpaid. You can start to select payment gateway again. After you payment success, your listing will be set to active.

How to change listing levels?

On your Dashboard – Listings panel, click the listing level link (Basic, Featured or Enhanced) that will go to Change level of listing screen. Select the level and click the Change level button. The listing level will be changed. To upgrade listing level that may require a payment to make it to active.

What differences between Featured and Sticky listings

Featured listings will be displayed with highlighted background and attract attentions. Sticky listings will be display same as Featured listings background plus always stick on the top of all lists those ordered by date. Featured is 2nd level of the listings and Sticky is a top level of the listings.

How to disable Google map on my listing?

If you do not want your address go to public, you can leave the Address line empty that Google map will not be displayed. Even the address is not required, you still need to add the state and Zip code on your listing if you want to get searched by location.
